Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our notary, loan signing, wedding officiant, and apostille services.

General Notarization

We can notarize a wide variety of documents including affidavits, power of attorney forms, authorization letters, sworn statements, deeds, contracts, and other legal paperwork. Some documents, such as vital records (birth/death certificates), cannot be notarized — contact us if you are unsure about your specific document.

You will need to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport), the unsigned document(s) to be notarized, and any additional signers if required. All parties must be present at the time of notarization.

Most standard notarization appointments take between 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signatures required. More complex signings may take longer.

Yes! We provide mobile notary services throughout Collier and Lee County, including Naples, Marco Island, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. We come to your home, office, hospital, or any convenient location.

Loan Signings

A loan signing agent is a specially trained notary public who guides borrowers through the signing of mortgage and loan documents. We ensure all documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized according to lender requirements.

You can schedule a loan signing by contacting us directly via phone, email, or through our contact form. Title companies and lenders can also reach us through Snapdocs. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

During a loan signing, we will walk you through each document, explain where to sign and initial, and notarize the required pages. A typical loan signing takes 45 to 60 minutes. We handle conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, HELOC, and reverse mortgage packages.

Wedding Officiant

You can book our wedding officiant services by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, though we can accommodate last-minute requests when available.

Our wedding officiant service includes a consultation to personalize your ceremony, the officiation itself, signing and filing of the marriage license, and a commemorative certificate. We can perform civil ceremonies, intimate weddings, and personalized vow services.

We serve all of Collier and Lee County for wedding ceremonies, including Naples, Marco Island, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers. We can officiate at beaches, parks, private residences, venues, or any location of your choice.

Apostille

An apostille is a certificate that authenticates a document for use in another country that is part of the Hague Convention. It verifies the signature and seal of the official who signed the document, making it legally recognized internationally.

The apostille process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks when submitted to the Florida Secretary of State. Processing times may vary depending on volume. We handle the entire submission process for you and keep you updated on the status.

Common documents that can receive an apostille include birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, transcripts, corporate documents, power of attorney forms, and court documents. The document must first be notarized or certified before an apostille can be issued.
